Super Mario Sunshine question?

There is no other game that frustrates me so much. Okay so, there are a couple shine I need to get that's in the main village. There is this one that is to the left when you start as Mario, there is a door that can be broken by using one of the nozzles that i have. When I break it, the shine is there but it's blue, not gold. when I grab it, it does not add to my total of shines and it reappears there. Also there is one that is directly over the main river in a tall structure, but when I go under it it takes me to a minigame of pinball with mario that I can't beat. How do I get that one there?
