My Xbox 360 just RROD on me after trying to load a damaged game, will it happen again?

So I just turned on my xbox this morning, slapped what I thought was a game in working order in it (Forse Unleashed the original) And tried to start the game. After a heart wrenching ten seconds the box completely quit on me and gave the RROD. It has custom fabs (Baught it on ebay from a repair guy that sells them like hotcakes) It keeps incredibly cool even after three+ hours of game play, I did have it freeze randomly last night once durring FFXIII but I restarted it after waiting a few minutes and it worked fine. I think the custom fans keep the heat down quite a bit at the expense of sound polution. So did I get yet ANOTHER bunk xbox from this guy? Will it stop working randomly just like the last one? (Last one was a Zephyr instead of a Falcon,. it ran quite a bit warmer then this one does and it eventually got the RROD and e74 error 0022) So now I'm kind of pissed and a little more then worried that the console will die on me and I'll have to send it to someone else to get it repaired for how ever much that will cost me. Oh right, and it has one of those Refurbrished microsoft stickers under where the harddrive sits but no official microsoft seal sticker so do you think microsoft would still cover this problem? I certainly hope so.
