Why is it that the rarest interracial couples produce better looking offspring?

That is your opinion and I don't happen to agree with it. While some interracial marriages produce beautiful children it is probably not true of the greatest percentage of them. After all, just because a couple are of different races it doesn't mean that they are any better looking than couples of the same race and so they will produce ordinary children just like everyone else.
