Bit by what do you do when your friend gets bit by a pig?

ok so my friend just got attacked by a pig at this girls house(its their pet). It bit her thumb and now her thumb is all swollen and has teeth marks! What should we do? is that normal or does she have an infection? Can sh get swine fever now? please type back asap...please:) thanks
