I just jailbroke my ipod touch and i have winterboard.?

so i just downloaded some battery themes for it including the suzumebachi one from bleach, but i cant seem to get ANY of them to work...i will check them in winterboard and respring, but when i unlock it again or plug it in, the battery hasnt changed. so i go back to winterboard and see that they ARE still checked. does anyone know how to fix this?
