Is it a sin to cross dress?

I think mostly it refers to people who have chosen to try to be a male who are female and vice versa. Whether certain clothing belongs to males or females is cultural. If you are fully male or female as God made you when you were born, then I don't think you have to worry about sinning in that regard.
