Website for Watching live TV?

I live in dallas texas but like the St. Louis Rams. I can not get ayny of their games on my tv and I cant get Nfl Sunday ticket cause i dont have directv. I was going to get Sirius to listen to the games live but then I found this website http://www.satellitetvtopc.com/?hop=hiwelcome.. It says you can watch live tv on it for only 50$. However I am not sure if it lets you watch the St. Louis Rams games. If any finds out for me if you can watch them for sure they will get best answer. Thanks.
