Name help please! Suggestions?

So I have my boy name picked, Thomas Jason. But I thought I had my girl name picked too, but my mother hates it... Sadie (I think I'd go with Nicole for the middle name) and my BF isn't too keen on it either... Any ideas? Names that I could still call her Sadie if it's a girl?
