What is your openion of these types of emails - any law available to stop?

Report them to your police department. Some departments have implemented internet officers, because of the recent rise in theft via internet, and other crimes occuring with a computer involved. If you are the first, at least ask the police to doent it somehow, becasue there may be others that follow you. Our local news also does segments every now and then, warning people about these crimes. Maybe contact the news if nothing is done at the police level. (or do both)
